You may require regular visits each day, block calls of an hour or more, once a week visit or round-the-clock care. Whatever support you require A&B Home Care tailor a support package to suit you. Our dedicated care staff can support with personal care, housekeeping tasks, shopping, prescription collection, medication management, dementia care, and offer companionship.

The first step is spending time getting to know you, so A&B Home Care can fully understand your requirements, lifestyle, wishes, preferences, and goals.
 
Committed staff will work together with you and your family to agree a level of care that is perfect  for you.

A&B Home Care will match you with the right care staff who will have some common ground with you and build a relationship you’ll feel comfortable with. 

A&B Home Care staff team are carefully selected and are compassionate, friendly and trained to the highest standards.

A&B Home Care work in partnership with Preston Farm Pharmacy who provide advice on medication safety and management. Preston Farm Pharmacy can also liaise with your GP, order your medication for you, and deliver it to your home for free of charge. Medication can be placed in a blister tray with clearly identified days and times of when to take your medication to promote your independence. Give them a call on

Oneplan 

Health Professionals - 
We can grant health professionals including paramedics their own login to view medical history, medications, wellbeing and safety. 

The Oneplan Family Portal allows family members to follow the care services provided to their loved ones in real-time, no matter where they are. Involving family members in care increases transparency and trust for both care providers and relatives.

It is now more important than ever to involve the family members of the homecare clients in the care safely.

Increased transparency and trust – Families can see completed visits and progress of their loved one’s care in real-time.

Easy communication – Families can write a message for carers and managers, keeping everyone informed quickly and efficiently.

A&B Home Care Director, Kerry Baldwin has over 12 years’ experience of working in the care sector. She have always had ambitions to set up a reputable care business. After working for several companies over the years, Kerry has clearly identified area's for improvement and working alongside clients have gained their expectations and their wish to receive from the care provided to them. 
A&B Home Care can make a significant difference to our clients and support them to live an enriched and good quality of life.

A&B Home Care Ltd are based in Stephenson Court Middlesbrough and occupy office 6 which is a fully serviced office facility.
Stephenson Court sits at the industrial estate of Middlesbrough and has free parking accessible to visitors and staff and businesses in Stephenson Court. The office is fully serviced and is accessible 24hrs, 7 days per week.
A&B Home Care Ltd are based on the ground floor, with own entrance door which allows easy disabled access
